📦 Order Placement

To ensure the highest quality and attention to detail, all orders must be placed 48–72 hours in advance. Select custom or large orders may require additional notice. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to additional fees.

💵 Payment & Retainers

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for all orders totaling $50 and above to reserve your date and begin preparation. Orders under $50 require full payment in advance.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash App, Chime, Venmo, PayPal, or exact cash.

Please note: Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

❌ Cancellations & Adjustments

All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date may require full payment.

Any changes to orders must be requested in advance and are not guaranteed.

⏰ Pickup Policy

Clients are expected to arrive at the agreed-upon pickup time. A $10 late fee will be applied for late arrivals unless prior communication has been made and approved.

At pickup, clients are required to carefully inspect their order before leaving. Once the order has left the premises, Sweets & Treats By Ashley is no longer liable for damages, errors, or any issues.

Each creation is handcrafted with care and artistic detail. While inspiration photos are welcomed, exact replication is not guaranteed. Creative interpretation may vary slightly while maintaining the overall vision.

Sweets & Treats By Ashley operates in a kitchen that is not allergen-free. Products may contain or come into contact with allergens including, but not limited to: nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for informing me of any allergies prior to ordering
You will inform all guests or recipients of potential allergens
